Earth Dancers offers educational, healing service and inspirational support for people to reclaim and sustain authenticity, balance and well-being in their everyday lives through the mediums of Plant Relationships, daily Gratitudes and Breath Awareness and the Practice of Yoga. Its purpose is to facilitate self-realization and co-existence with the multitudes of life here on earth in a healthy, harmonious and peaceful way.

Awareness of the flow of your breath is an essential piece for living well.
Notice where you feel the flow of breath in your body. It is all throughout,
but where do you feel it? Take a small sip of air and send it to your feet. Take another sip of air and fill
your belly. Take one more sip and send your breath to your crown. Pause and then cascade your exhale like a waterfall trickling down your back body. Repeat a few times. Now observe the flow of breath
in your body.

Being thankful is also essential to living well.
Tell a friend or someone in your family what it is about them that you love and appreciate. Then give them a long, slow, heartfelt hug. Gratitude is some strong glue for
relationship health.
Plant thought for the week:
Artemisia vulgaris, better known as mugwort, may be a weed to some but in my life this plant deserves honor.
It is true she may colonize your garden bed, so don't plant mugwort in your gardens. Harvest her wild, or on the side yard line, and make a tea that gently brings on sleep, with clear dreams, or
tincture Artemesia, the goddess of the moon, for digestive support or to help irregular menses.
