Earth Dancers offers educational, healing services and inspirational support for people to reclaim and sustain authenticity, balance and well-being in their everyday lives through the mediums of Plant Relationships, daily Gratitudes and Breath Awareness and the Practice of Yoga. Its purpose is to facilitate self-inquiriy and co-existence with the multitudes of life here on earth in a healthy, harmonious and peaceful way.

Awareness of the flow of your breath is an essential piece for living well.
“Taking the Next Ten”: For the next ten breaths, do nothing but observe the flow of your breath. Easier said than done. What distracts you? Come back to the breath. Take the next ten breaths as if they had something wonderful to offer you. They do- living in the present moment.

Being thankful is also essential to living well.
Doorways are perfect reminders for giving thanks. Some cultures put bells or other objects over the threshold
to bring their attention to Divine. Practice the act of thinking on something wonderful and kind every time you enter or exit a door. You will probably be filled daily with opportunities for giving
gratitude.
Plant thought for the week:
Holly trees are held sacred in the Celtic tradition for their symbol of potent life energy. The Bach holly
flower essence is used to heal an inner turmoil some people suffer from because of habitual negative thought patterns of suspicion, jealousy and revenge. Ilex spp., of the Aquifoliaceae family, feed
the birds in winter and keep the landscape green and bountiful wherever they are planted.
